COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT - BEEDO INTERNATIONAL SAFETY PRODUCTS

Beedo International, Inc. has made a conscientious effort to give back to the community since we began. Although we receive requests from all across the United States on a regular basis for contributions, we generally self-identify those efforts with which we want to become involved.

We have sponsored selected high school soccer and basketball teams since 2001, donating both merchandise and cash. We have also taken over 5,000 photographs at high school sporting events which we have distributed to participating students at no charge.

For the 2002 - 2005 holiday seasons, we have donated hundreds of beanies and gloves to homeless shelters to distribute to patrons for use on cold winter nights.

For the 2004 and 2005 holiday seasons, we contributed a large amount of gifts to families selected by radio station KHTS for the Christmas Dream project. Although many of these products came from our own inventory, we also specially purchased many items to ensure that every family and every family member would have its special needs addressed. For the 2005 holiday season, we also coordinated the solicitation of gift cards/coupons from a selection of area restaurants.

In 2004, we volunteered to assist with the Southern California Special Olympics.

In the winter of 2005-2006, we sponsored an elementary school group in Valencia in the VIA Star program and gave the group guidance in the development of a new product.

We awarded a $3000 college scholarship to a California high school student in June 2006 for academic achievement and leadership.

In 2006, we sponsored KHTS 1220am radio broadcasts of Santa Clarita Valley High School and College of the Canyons football games.

The US Commerce Association recognized Beedo as the "Best of Santa Clarita" in the Safety Equipment and Clothing category in 2009. http://www.us-ca.org/PressReleaseUsca.aspx?cc=wt-3s9-s7
